Online Shop Orders:

Shipping Domestic

Our online shop offers free UK postage & packaging. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification. Shipping takes approx 3-5 days from purchase (excluding pre-orders which outline separate order and postage dates).

Shipping International

We offer worldwide shipping options in our online shop. We aim to have your purchase with you as soon as possible but cannot guarantee a time frame. We will provide tracking information for each order and urge customers to get in touch regarding order logistics.

Returns

If you’re not in love with your purchase. Please send an email to hello@millhillstudio.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your product.

Returns must reach the studio in a re-sellable condition. Customers are responsible for any return postage costs. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
